The client must coordinate itinerary (pickup time, address, route, bus size and other important details) at least 1 day before the trip. If this is not done, the carrier reserves the right to refuse to provide transport services (in this case, the carrier reserves the right not to return fees).
Cancellation without fine, if booking is cancelled before payment deadline indicated in the invoice.
Cancellation after payment deadline (including date of payment deadline) indicated in the invoice– 50% of total ammount.
Cancellation 3 days or less before the journey- 100% of the total payment.
